1. Booking Your Spot

Secure your session with a $200 non-refundable deposit.

This reserves your exact time slot for the event.

Your remaining $650 balance will be billed in 3 easy payments:

1. Before your session

2. Before editing begins

3. Before final delivery of images & products

A detailed “Prep Guide” will be sent to all booked clients within 2 weeks of the event, outlining everything you need for a smooth and flawless experience.

2. Arrival at Mandie J Studios

On your shoot day, please arrive 10–15 minutes early.

You’ll check in, enjoy light refreshments, and settle in while the team prepares your set.

3. Professional Makeup Application

You’ll be glammed by our Makeup Artist, Caitlin McGill, who will create a timeless Old Hollywood look suitable for your facial features, skin tone, and wardrobe styling.

Makeup is completed while other clients are shooting, ensuring a seamless flow throughout the event.

4. Wig Placement + Accessories

We offer simple wig placement (no cutting, gluing, or restyling).

Clients have full access to our studio’s curated collection of:

• Classic wigs

• Vintage jewelry

• Gloves

• Scarves

• Hollywood-style finishing touches

You’ll be styled in a way that honors the Old Hollywood aesthetic while still celebrating your personal beauty.

5. The Photoshoot

Your session includes approximately 1.5 hours of shooting with:

• Guided posing from Carleigh Clark

• Cinematic lighting inspired by vintage film studios

• A mix of close-ups, detail shots, and full-body editorial portraits

• A relaxed, confidence-boosting experience where every pose feels natural and elevated

You’ll walk away with images that feel powerful, iconic, and deeply personal.

6. After Your Shoot

We’ll review your payment reminders and confirm your delivery timeline.

You’re welcome to capture behind-the-scenes photos or videos for personal use.

7. Editing, Selection, and Final Delivery

Once your second payment is complete, editing begins.

You will receive:

• 15–20 fully retouched digital images

• Your custom printed album

• A mini accordion book showcasing your favorite portraits

All products are delivered after your final payment is complete.
